These terms govern your use of Streyo (streyo.com), a service operated by Mystt Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in Quebec, Canada (“Streyo”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Streyo is a hub for live content creators: simultaneous broadcasting to multiple platforms (multistreaming), unified chat, a cross-platform command bot, alerts and overlays, aggregated statistics and Discord notifications.
The service is in early access: features may be added, changed or removed, and interruptions may occur. We work continuously on its stability: the product is used in real conditions on our own broadcasts before every production release.
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity performed with your account. Notify us without delay at contact@streyo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Streyo connects to your Twitch, Kick, YouTube or Discord accounts through their official authorization mechanisms (OAuth or webhooks). You can revoke these authorizations at any time, from Streyo or from the platform itself.
By linking a channel, you authorize Streyo to act on it according to your configuration: reading chat, posting bot replies, promoting our bot account as a moderator, reading your stream key for multistreaming, or posting notifications. You remain bound by each platform's terms of service, and you confirm you hold the rights to the channels you link.
The Pro plan is offered as a monthly (US$15) or yearly (US$144) subscription, renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before tax; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as Merchant of Record: the sale is concluded with Stripe, which handles billing, tax collection and refunds. We never see or store your card number.
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Full details are in our refund and cancellation policy (streyo.com/refunds).
You agree not to use Streyo for illegal activity, spam or harassment, to circumvent the rules or technical measures of connected platforms, or to disrupt the service (deliberate overload, unauthorized access, reverse engineering of security measures).
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Your content (your broadcasts, messages, configurations) belongs to you. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service, for example relaying your video feed to the platforms you enabled, or storing your messages for your statistics.
The service, its code, brand and design belong to Mystt Labs. These terms grant you no rights to them beyond normal use of the service.
Streyo is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of continuous availability: a live broadcast also depends on third-party platforms and your own connection. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages (loss of broadcast revenue, audience or data).
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that are mandatory under applicable law, including Quebec consumer protection legislation.
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you (by email or in the dashboard) at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Quebec, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
