This policy describes what personal information Streyo (operated by Mystt Labs, Quebec, Canada) collects, why, and what your rights are. The person in charge of the protection of personal information can be reached at contact@streyo.com.
Your account: your email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text; authentication is operated by our processor Supabase).
Your linked accounts: when you connect a channel, the platform sends us your public channel identifier, display name, avatar, and access tokens. These tokens, like stream keys and Discord webhook addresses, are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and never shown again.
Your channels' activity: chat messages and public events (follows, subscriptions, tips, go-lives) from the channels you connected, to power your unified chat, bot, alerts and statistics.
Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, never your card number.
Provide the service, keep it secure, answer your support requests and inform you of important changes. That's it: we do not sell your information, we show no ads, and we do not use your content for anything other than the service.
During early access, the service is hosted in Quebec, Canada. Some processors handle information outside Quebec: Supabase (authentication), Stripe (payment) and the platforms you connect (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Discord) under their own policies. These transfers are governed by contractual agreements in line with Quebec's Law 25.
Approximate sign-in locations are derived from the IP address using a database resolved locally on our servers. This product includes GeoLite data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.
As long as your account is active. Activity history is bounded by your plan (7 or 30 days). When you delete your account, or on request, your information is deleted within a reasonable time, except where retention is legally required.
Sign-in history (date, method, device, IP address and approximate location, resolved locally — your IP is never sent to a third party): kept 90 days, visible on your Security page.
You can access your information, have it corrected, withdraw consent (by unlinking a channel or deleting your account) and request deletion. Write to contact@streyo.com, we reply within 30 days.
Streyo only uses essential cookies: your login session and your language preference. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.
In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the affected persons and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, as required by law.
If this policy changes significantly, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect.
